FM can only have one page size per file. In order to accomplish what you want, you will need to create a book and add the contents accordingly, i.e. first three pages in the first file, the legal-sized page in the second file and the last page in the third file. Set your page numbering and pagination in the book file for the individual files accordingly and update the book.
