If you don't have a drawing tablet with pen pressure and have photoshop cs6, cc or cc 2014, then something like the Charcoal Pencil brush preset might do.
The Charcoal Pencil is one of the default photoshop brushes.
You can turn off the texture and sharpen the tip after each stroke.
