At the moment I am creating a one page website which involves parallax scrolling. Below there is a screenshot of a section of the website. On the right side of the picture, is a basic bar chart being used to experiment with the parallax scrolling. One problem I am facing with this though is that the bar chart appears in infront of the browser background (The grey area). What I want though is for the bar chart to appear when it enters the web page (The white panel).
Any ideas on how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
