Hi guys, I know you are frustrated with the status of Revel's availability on iOS. Trust me, I am an avid Revel user on a daily basis with my family and I am frustrated too. I understand everyone's passion and I personally feel everyone's frustration.
There are dozens of different forum posts on this issue and it has been hard to respond to ever single forum thread and forum post. Several members of the team have been replying to threads as best we can. We are working to try and keep our customers up to date more frequently going forward. So far, we have not had an estimated time or date to get this resolved 100%, so it has been hard to give everyone an estimate.
We are listening to you. Trust me.
We are actively working on resolving this issue, but we don't have it solved yet. We are working closely with Apple to get you a working version of Revel ASAP. This is a top priority for us.
Again, we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
