signed up for free trial. Thought it would be best to try before I committed to purchase. Can't get it to work. It's keeps asking me to purchase and won't enable conversion tools based on free trial. What the? Any help appreciated.

Really unhappy that free trial won't work.  Only took up trial to see how it works before purchasing.  Guess I won't be purchasing if the trial is so difficult to enable.  Have been attempting to get this to work for 2 hours now.  Frustrated?  Hardly defines it.
