I just installed LR5.5 yesterday, up from LR5.3
Had a quick look over a few images, edited a handful, exported a handful. I spent about a half hour total on this. Everything seemed to work fine in LR5.5 (even synchronizing about 5 or 10 new folders of images)
I then read a forum-post on Canon-rumors about jpegs from LR5.5 not showing in Canon's Digital Photo Pro (DPP) and went to check if I had the same issue...
Sure enough
JPEGs exported from LR5.5 wont open or show in Canon DPP (either version)
DPP 3.13.0.1
DPP 4.0.0.1
JPEGs from LR5.3 show up fine in DPP.
I have no clue what's going on, but obviously hope Adobe is already working on an update to correct this.
I'm posting this info just to make sure it's known.
