I would like to first set things off by saying I'm one of the people who has been knocked out of using my CC suite for the last month due to the openCL/ New Mac Pro issue. Now that apple released the new update fixing the problem I now came across another huge problem.
I have a late 2013 mac pro. I run my audio through a usb audio mixer for playback on my studio monitor speakers And to record a voice over from time to time. To do this you simply set the mac to use the usb audio codec in the option menu under system preferences. This works without a hitch. In premiere you simply go to audio hardware and do the same. There is a usb codec option for Audio Playback. The problem came when I opened up the program today and found my audio doesn't work in premiere. Speakers work fine through the os. I can start iTunes and play a song through the mixer without a problem. I get levels in the audio monitor just no sounds coming through the speakers. I also have the correct audio hardware setting picked just no sounds.
This worked fine a few days back and I haven't changed anything. Any ideas?
