Re: Switching Hosts

Hi Mei

There's been a few of these questions floating about. Let me break it down for you:

- Adobe don't sell direct.

- The best solution is to find a capable partner that offers good training and support options and move the site to their partner portal.

- All sites sit within a Partner Portal of some description.

- You could look to become a partner yourself and move your website to your own partner portal (probably more hassle than benefit)

- There are many benefits to being with a good partner including having someone to turn to when DNS dies or your locked out of your accounts etc. There are many many reasons why Adobe don't go direct and that website owners work with a chosen partner.

If you don't want to go down the path of being a partner then you could sit inside our partner portal. We'd pass through the wholesale rate for hosting to you. We'd set you up to pay Adobe direct. No costs, no maintenance. Basically you'd be self sufficient, but you'd have a partner that's located in Australia and USA with 24 hour round the clock support to call on if things fall down..

Let me know.
