I have Photoshop CS3 installed on my home PC and am currently trying to install it on my new laptop while I am away for two months in the States. However, it says I've used too many licenses already.
I only have the program installed on my PC, so my laptop should make my second device, right?
I've tried going through the Contact Us pages but it sends me in an endless loop which just brings me back here to the forums every time with no option to chat to staff at any stage, no matter what I enter.
I start at the 'Give us more information' page, go via photoshop, installing and activation, too many licenses, etc. I follow it to the 'cannot deactivate' page, which says 'click here to contact us'... and that takes me back to the 'Give us more information' page, over and over.
Please help! I can't get by without Photoshop while I'm away.
