Valrun is correct that projects created and published with trial version Captivate licenses will expire after 30 days, but can be republished to last forever with fully licensed Captivate versions.

I think the issue here is that DigiPilgrim's subscription licence was purchased under another person's Adobe ID (the person in his company that organised the purchase), which means that he cannot activate it with his own Adobe ID. Is there a way to transfer a license from one Adobe ID to another?
