This is apparently still common practice. I couldn't cancel my membership today, without paying the hefty termination fee. So I google this craziness and I see a bunch of cases like mine. I hope people READ these before signing up. This practice is absolutely horrible. I bet Adobe will be hit with a class action lawsuit on this sooner or later. Just save your cancellation chat attempts I guess. I for one will be happy to join a suit if it happens. All I wanted to do was cancel. Interaction case number # 0213425254 for me,,,
