Could be that your LMS is caching (storing) older versions of the content. You may need to force it do flush the server cache. Alternatively, it could be your browser that is caching the older content and not updating. Try deleting your browser internet cache and then trying to look at the content on your LMS again. (The fact that you don't have this issue when you look at the same content locally or via a different LMS makes me think it your LMS that's causing this.)
