What version of Premiere Elements are you using (11 or 12) and on what computer operating system is it running?

 

The Content download for Premiere Elements 11 and 12 take some time to complete and obtain since it depends on Internet connect as well as the Adobe Server. How long have you been trying to obtain the Content download? Are you having problems with all the categories or just one? (Instant Movie, Title Templates, Movie Menus, Graphics, Music (in 11) or Audio (in 12))?

 

From the Internet perspective, have you turned off the router for 30 to 45 seconds? Have you cleared the default web browser's Advanced/Network/Cached Web Content? What is the speed of your Internet connection?

 

Do you have your antivirus and firewall(s) disabled during this Content Download. And, what is your selection after you right click the blue ban at the top right corner of the thumbnail for the content that you want - Download Now or Download All?

 

Please review and consider. And, then we can decide what next.
