Hi all,
Have just downloaded full version of Elements 12 & Premiere Elements 12 after successful trial. Unable to open either Elements or Premire12 since the full download.
Original trial was completely deleted as would not connect to Adobe to update serial number. Able to insert serial numbers in full download but refuses to connect to Adobe when selected from the Organiser. Serial numbers have been registered on the Adobe account. Latest updates downloaded.
Basically says I have no Internet connection or my clock is wrong. Added screenshot of error.
Any help here would be gratefully received.
