Making/Finding a decent free poll script

Hey, Is anyone aware of a decent free foll script?

That does the following:

1. Has no advertising from where you got it from.

2. Calculates the results other users have submitted within the poll (Not Re-directing you to another page).

3. That Looks Decent and has editing options (changing size and colouring)

My current poll looks like this (unfortunately it re-directs the user to another page):

If you are unaware of a poll which can do this, would you be able to link  me some guides, where I will attempt to make one myself.

Thanks for the help. I've gone through like 6 poll websites and counting which all claim to be 'Free', but are ruined with failing my strict 3 step criteria.
