Hello Sairus. I was able to reproduce the problem using Helvetica Neue Light that comes with the Mac. Under further examination I can see that when turning off ligatures no True Type (CID)/ Encoding: Identity-H are created. I guess those account for the font's ligatures. I'm just testing one page with placeholder text.
