Re: error A12E5 when installing creative cloud app?

NOT A BIT OF A SOLUTION.....

 

At THIS point, my Adobe CC stuff is totally screwed...  From the CC application manager I can't install anything.  I can't update anything.

I wasted HOURS with Adobe taking control of the machine, to absolutely no avail. 

 

I'm now installing everything from installation kits totally OUTSIDE the whole CC thing.  And I'm currently on the road with my laptop.  It's screwed up 'cause Bridge did SOMETHING and I had to reinstall it.  So, now, I have no PS 2014 startup scripts and can't get to any of the Photoshop stuff from tools.

 

And given the amount of trouble it is every time something pukes, I don't DARE try to fix anything 'til I"m back and home and don't need the machine.

 

I DID go back to support and get the case elevated, but the support person wanted to take control of the machine and start playing with stuff, and there was NO WAY I could afford to have them do something that'll totally screw up all the applications until we're done with the cat show, Air Show, and other critical events...  Next week, presuming if they totally destroy everything I"ll have at least 3 weeks to fix it, I'll go back to Adobe and let them have at it again..

 

But, NO, at this point, Adobe CC is totally non-functional....
