The only code present in any of the 2 emails I received from Adobe after purchasing the full Creative Cloud subscription was the order #. The "help" page for redemption codes has no answers (it says "(see What type of product do you have? to locate your redemption code)", which directs you to the top of the page, bringing you to where you were before). I was on hold with customer service ("estimated wait time: 8-14 minutes) for 30min (6:30pm-7:00pm PT) when I found out service stops at 7:00pm. I scoured my Adobe account page for anything and no luck. Not sure what to do, I deleted my CS6 files before installing and I need to get back to work. Any help is appreciated.
