Okay. I FINALLY got it to work. I hope. We'll see. Even though I have the admin/password combo, I had to log on to my machine AS the admin in order to install DPS App Builder. No matter how many times I uninstalled/reintalled apps/AdobeAir/etc. I could not install DPS App Builder when logged in as just plain ole me. I had uninstalled ALL of my CC2014, still couldn't install the DPS App Builder when I thought to try the switch over on log-ins. It worked. It installed. YEAH!! Switch back to my log-in, take a look at the Applications folder, it's still there. Smiles all around right? Install ID CC2014 again. And wah-wah. It didn't work. Somehow, in that install, it removed DPS App Builder. So I had to switch to the admin side, install again, switch back and "Create App..." worked in InDesign. Who knows how long this will remain. Not sure if it's stable or if it will disappear from my applications folder again, but as of this second, I'm logged into DPS App Builder from InDesign.
