Please someone help me find the recovered file of my document. I know there is one from at least early last week if not from Friday when the system crashed. My PSD shows it is empty. How do I get to the tmp files? Or recovered files or something? Thanks

I don't know how to get to the scratch disc on my Mac unless it's Mac HD (private) tmp files… don't see anything in here.  I can't find the PSautorecovery. I'm more proficient in behind the scenes on PC, but I'm on a Mac.
