Trash the InDesign preferences.
Make clean (removing all existing object files)
Delete all intermediate files created by the resource compiler (see compiler log to find them)
Delete the plugin from the plugins folder.
Rebuild
Btw, how did you obtain the old ID? Back in 2009 Sakthi Perumal also had problems with that ID.
