Exporting using H264 will only give you the options of a lossy, MP3 type audio track, this will give a lack of brightness, mainly on low level high frequency 'detail'. You could try AVI and select a different codec, I have Lagarith on my system that will export HD, or select 'none as the codec and change the video size and frame type to match your sequence. You could also select QuickTime with a H264 codec and the choose uncompressed for the audio. Which ever you select it will still be converted in YouTube to its own format, I'm not sure how uncompressed the YouTube sound delivery format is.
