It worked!!

Here's the problem now.

I have an updater app that says I need to upgrade from

.....  Installed Version : 13.0.0.223.0

to 

.....  Flash Player 14.0.0.125 (IE)

Manage Add-Ons shows I have the upgraded version 14.0 installed and it is enabled.

Went to Services and put the app on "Automatic". It is NOT operating on the web sites needed.

These are listed on my Internet Options Trusted sites.

I keep a very clean computer, inasmuch as it's humanly possible.

I have no viruses.

Can you help me further?
