This is my first post, so I'll get right to the issue.
Below is an image I recently took that shows the pixelation.

As you can see (if you can see past my lame haircut), I'm using 3rd party camming software (ManyCam), but the issue occurs even when I don't use ManyCam, so please just ignore that.
The left image is what is being broadcast using the latest Flash Player (14,0,0,177). The right image is what it looks like in ManyCam (latest version).
I am currently using Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 and Google Chrome 36.0.1985.143 m. Although, the pixelation also occurs on my Windows 8.1 machine and when using either Internet Explorer or Firefox (both of them are the latest versions, as well).
Hopefully someone can help. As you can see from my shirt, I desperately need it.
